When Eddienth tragically passed away far too soon from us back in the Summer of 2017 the Monroy Family was overwhelmed by kindness from friends & family from all parts of the world (US, Central America, Europe - she had many friends).
Eddineth was an individual who fully embraced her bi-cultural heritage since she was a US born American and a Honduran Citizen. Shortly after her death the family started to receive donations and messages on how best to keep her memory alive.
As a family we felt we would start by picking up from one of her last conversations with her brother - figuring out how to pay for college as Eddineth was embarking in an athlete-student (did you know she was a college national cheerleading champion) journey at SUNY New Paltz (NY).
The family decided to turn the donations into a fund to invest in students & community causes.
Help us finish the mission that Eddineth started.
Help us fund the future by investing in change makers who share some of Eddineth's values and vision.
Every year we have organize a memorial hike in the Hudson Valley to one of Eddineth's favorite spots at Mohonk Preserve in New Paltz, NY.
Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them.
We have partnered up with Diaper & Food Donation programs such as Baby Steps Baby Panty in Newburgh, NY.
We mobilize our teams of volunteers to make a real difference. Join us and see what can be accomplished when you get an impassioned team to focus on change.
Help us grow our student mentor & volunteer assistance.
